March 18th 2008:
Pastor R.R. Schwambach has returned to giving the daily prayer. His
throat problem turned out to be a damaged vocal cord and he had to
rest his voice for a number of days.
He is still recovering but is able to talk, and pray, a limited amount
of time each day.
March 11th 2008:
Pastor's voice has suffered another setback. He is now resting his
voice and seeing a specialist concerning his esophagus. He would like
you to pray for him that he will get better soon and continue with
the Dial-A-Prayer prayers. He's found it very hard to speak and is
asking a few at church to step in for him with the daily prayer.
"For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood
enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world,
against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits
in the heavenly places."

March 6th 2008:
Pastor R.R.'s Dial-A-Prayer messages are back to a normal schedule
and his voice is back to normal as well. His health has continued
to improve in the last weeks. Thank you to all that have prayed for
him.
February 14, 2008:
Pastor R.R. voice is nearly 100% again. "After 11 days of hiccupping,
it finally stopped. I don't know where they went but I'm glad they're
gone!" Doctor's prescribed Nexium® to alleviate esophagus
problems developed during the last two weeks as well. Pastor is able
to speak and sleep normally again. Most importantly, he's back doing
the daily Dial-A-Prayer message.
February 2, 2008:
The Dial-a-prayer message was given by Rev. Stephen Schwambach, Pastor
R.R's son. Pastor R.R. has suffered the last week with a Meniere's
syndrom attack, as well as uncontrolled hiccuping necessitating some
time in the hospital. He could use your prayers. We hope he will be
back on the dial-a-prayer line soon, but until then there will be
others stepping in his place.
January 2008:
Pastor R.R. is scheduled to teach in the Bible FellowShip Hour class
Sunday January 20th. He will be speaking on prayer. For more information,

The phone upgrade seems to have helped callers get through easier
then ever before. Pastor has seen a significant increase in the number
of calls to the prayer line. Hopefully you'll never hear a busy signal
when calling again.
July 2007:
A complete upgrade to the phone lines and messaging system was completed
for Dial-a-Prayer. Capacity is now much greater, allowing more callers
to get through per minute without a busy signal. While the voice is
the same, the sound clarity is much better. Appologies to anyone calling
during the 2 day upgrade. You may have heard a test call from the
phone technician rather than a prayer (oops!).
